About the Glass Robot GRM250
The Manual Glass Robot GRM250 is a wheeled vacuum glass handling system with 250 kg (550 lb) rated capacity and 360° continuous rotation, designed for commercial glazing where a single operator needs to position and install large glass panels with precision. Available in 3-cup and 4-cup cradle configurations: the 3-cup handles standard commercial glass sizes, while the 4-cup provides a wider suction footprint for oversized panels and long curtain wall installations. Maneuvered manually, with vacuum-supported glass holding for safe pickup, rotation, and placement. Compact enough to fit through standard doorways and operate in elevator lobbies. Reduces glazing crew size from 3–4 workers to a single operator.

Wind & Weather Limits
- Vacuum pad systems maintain grip up to 50 km/h (31 mph) wind speed for standard glass thicknesses
- Avoid operation in sustained winds above 40 km/h when handling panels over 2 m wide
- Rain does not affect vacuum grip — pads seal against wet glass surfaces
Glass Compatibility
- Compatible with standard float, tempered, laminated, and Low-E coated glass
- Vacuum cups work on smooth surfaces only — not textured, patterned, or sandblasted glass
- For curved glass, contact us for cradle configuration recommendations
Terrain & Mobility
- Pneumatic wheels handle gravel, packed dirt, and uneven ground
- Fits through standard 36-inch doorways for indoor/outdoor transitions
- Not rated for slopes above 5° under full load
